High-deductible plans paired with HSA eligibility. Employees build tax-advantaged savings while employers offer lower-premium coverage. The 8300 HSA includes a $25/month HSA contribution from Benefit Re.

VL Β· Value Option

Structured annual visit allowances that keep premiums lower. Best fit for groups with younger, healthier workforces who want coverage in place but won't hit the limits in a typical year.

Traditional Copay

Flat copays for office visits and prescriptions from day one. The familiar structure most employees understand. Good for groups where employees prioritize predictable out-of-pocket costs.

Supplemental Benefits Package

Available on HSA and Copay plans, the supplemental package adds meaningful cost-sharing assistance where it matters most β€” hospital stays, outpatient surgery, ER visits, and imaging. Benefit Re pays cash benefits directly to help members offset deductibles and out-of-pocket costs.

Highlights include up to $3,500 for hospital confinement due to injury, $500–$1,000 for outpatient surgery, and up to $700 for advanced imaging. Plus $50/year for a health screen and $25/visit for up to 3 PCP or specialist visits.
